.. are you sure that it is looping? Th input asks for 10^5 primaries. On
my (old) PC every primary takes about 4 seconts, for a total of more than
100 hours cpu. The program writes to the output only from time to time,
and with decreasing frequence, , unless
one sets the what(5) of the START card to a positive number.
Did you try to split the run in smaller batches? It is always a good
policy to have single "batches" lasting few (up to ~ 10-20) hours, so that
debugging is easier and partial results are saved in case of crashes.
