Dear Tamer

I am not a FLUKA expert, but I may help with your problem.

Source properties defined in input file by means of setting initial
position, direction, energy, etc. apply for all primary particles.

I figure out that the second card is redefining what you declare in the
first one.

If you are interested in two beams, you may follow some of these tasks:

simulate the first beam, then simulate the second onr, and finally you
combine the results.

or, you can write your own routine defining source properties by adapting
the “source.f” routine provided by FLUKA, then you compile using your
source routine.

hope this help, anyway pay attention to FLUKA experts’ answers.
