Firstly, I think you have set input beam energy as 1.25 MeV instead of
0.7567 MeV. Due to high penetrating power, only 19.1% photons are
interacting with the system and rest 80.9% are escaping the system
without any interaction.

      You can run it with any Default cards as per your need. So, with
DEFAULTS = PRECISIOn, it should run.
