Just to exclude the simplest problems: did you already consider that
when predefined particles are used, the energy value to be inserted in
the BEAM card is the total kinetic energy?

That is different with respect to the case of HI with Z>2 where energy
has to be given in energy/nucleon and in the case of 4He there is a
factor of 4
