I am not sure if I understand what you mean by "proton targeting". Do you
mean that you have a proton beam which hits a target?

Dose can be scored in FLUKA with a USRBIN scorer. Simply chose "DOSE"
(or "228") in the WHAT(2) of the USRBIN scoring card. This will give you the
average dose in the corresponding bin in GeV/g per unit primary weight (to
obtain dose in Gy, multiply GeV/g by 1.602176462E-7).

You can associate an AUXSCORE card to the USRBIN in order to define a
particle (or particle family). In this way the USRBIN will only score dose
induced by the specified particle (family).

You can also choose to score dose equivalent (WHAT(2)=DOSE-EQ or "240"
in the USRBIN card). This will calculate the dose equivalent from a
convolution of particle fluences and conversion coefficients in pSv per
unit primary weight. The corresponding set of conversion coefficient needs
to be specified in the SDUM field of an AUXSCORE card associated to the
USRBIN. There are several sets of conversion coefficients included with
FLUKA (see the AUXSCORE entry in the FLUKA manual), the default (e.g. no
AUXSCORE card is given) is "AMB74". In the same AUXSCORE card, you can
choose a particle (family), e.g. setting WHAT(2) to "NEUTRON" or "8" will
score dose equivalent from neutrons.
