Dear Alessandro,
the point is not on transport, it is on production. For almost all
materials in Fluka are trasported wit group-wise cross section and the
charged interaction products are not produced at all, the corresponding
energy is deposited at the point of interaction. A better description is
available for a few isotopes, including 6-Li.

As Ricardo wrote, you have to change the definition of the lithium
material, using a specific name so that the code knows that it has to use
pointwise cross sections for it and produce the charged particles. ( see
note 5 to the LOW-NEUT card in the manual)
