Hi Alfred,

Thanks alot,
it is working now, I downloaded myself from the website directly, as you
said that package have gotten corrupted somewhere.

I am trying now to view the geometry using aFlukaGUI, after I entered
(./configure) it give me:

   - root version 5.16/00 (X11)
   - identify FLUKA version ......2008.3
---- trouble finding correct version of FLUKA
only 2006.3 (or later) is supported at this time, exit

Do I need to recompile aFlukaGUI & ROOT packages again?

Regards,
buthaina
