it means there are rounding issues. Some of them are unavoidable (ie when
a particle is flying almost parallel to a boundary in strict proximity of
the boundary). Whether to take them seriously depends on their frequency.
How "big" is your geonetry, that is which is the largest dimension in it
(parat blackhole)?
