Dear FLUKA users,
Fluka2023.3.1, a minor respin of Fluka2023.3, is now available on the
official FLUKA web site (www.fluka.org).
This respin fixes two issues:
- an array out of bounds when interaction biasing is applied to
ions in excited states (thanks to A.Senger for reporting the problem)
- a possible mismatch of isomeric levels energies due to errors in some
evaluated data file isotopes, for reactions where the inelastic
continuum is extending well down into the discrete level region
At the same time, some cleanup of the code has been also performed and
several routines changed because of the second issue.
All users are urged to update to this respin. As usual, assistance
will be provided only for the latest release/respin.
