Hi Jamshid,
I'am afraid that scoring of particles emerging from inelastic interactions
(What(4)=-1, What(5)=-2) doesn't make sense in this context. You should
rather score LET at a boundary in your water target (e.g., split it into
two water regions). You will then get a distinct peak for carbon depending
on the layer thickness. See also the exercise following the heavy ion
lecture at the FLUKA courses.
