particle production

Dear FLUKA experts and users,

I would like to get particle yields in terms of momentum and LAB polar angle
from the primary interaction of protons in a Carbon target.
In particular, I would like to access:
- particles pid, momentum, and polar angles on an event by event basis
- produce predictions for double differential xsections just like those
that were shown during the Athens workshop for the HARP experiment (see attachment).

Basically I would like to know how to proceed.
Is it possible to do this only via e.g. user dump, or do I have to write a user routine ?

All the best,
Nicolas.
