Energy Deposition in Target

Hi;

I'm new user for FLUKA and i have a question.
I want to have energy deposition in Target(W75Re25) in each meshed
volume (dx=0.5mm dy=0.5mm dz=1.7mm=0.5X0) and also want to have one
finds cell in the meshed volume where the deposited energy is maximum
and its value. I used USRBIN card for that but i think i have some
mistakes. Because my result is not correct.

My values are;

Primary Beam
Energy => 2 GeV (Electron)
//N e- / pulse => 208*10^10/
/rms spot (radius) on target => 1.6mm =>( Gauss > x(FWHM) =
0.16*2.36=0.3776 ) => as you know FWHM=2.36*sigma
Number Radiation Length 10X0 => 3.439cm

for target;
Material => W75Re25
Target Length => 15.48 mm

And also i'm sending my .inp file. Maybe someone can help me.
