1) In command RANDOMIZ, WHAT(1) must be 1., not 27.

2) In your geometry there are two errors:
    a) Region R3 and Region R4 have a surface in common (at Z=2.)
    b) Region R4 and Region R5 are partially overlapping (from Z=5.
       to Z=7.)

I think that in your input I discern a misunderstanding. In the definition
of an RCC body the meaning of the parameters is (see the manual):
V_x, V_y, V_z (coordinates of the centre of one of the circular plane faces)
H_x, H_y, H_z (x, y and z components of a VECTOR corresponding to cylinder
               height, pointing to the other plane face)
R (cylinder radius)
It looks that you have confused H_z with the z-coordinate of the second
face. But in body b2, starting from Z=2., with H_z=5., the z coordinate
of the second face is 7., not 5.
And in body b3, starting from Z=5., with H_z=7., the z coordinate of the
second face is 12., not 7.
Therefore body b2 and b3 have the part from Z=5. to 7. in common.

And body b1 starts at Z=0. and ends at Z=2., while body b2 starts at
Z=2. and ends at Z=7. The face at Z=2. belongs to two regions, which
is not legal.

I repeat here what I have written in a previous answer to another
user:
The easiest way to make a correct geometry in a cylindrical geometry is to
define a cylinder, and to cut it with one or two planes.
Otherwise, if you really want to use 3 RCCs, one from 0 to 2, one from
2 to 5, and one from 5 to 7 (which is what I guess you want):

RCC b1 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.0 2.0 5.0

In this way the face a Z=2. belongs to R3, but not to R4 (it is
subtracted from R4), and the face at Z=5. belongs to R4 but to R5.
