Can not use region names with OPT-PROP

Hello,

I have mentioned that FLUKA does not recognize the region names in the
OPT-PROP card. However, it works fine when the region numbers are
used.
Attached is $FLUPRO/example.inp with the OPT-PROP card added in the
end of the file in order to show the problem.
