HADGT20M

Dear Fluka users
I used HADGT20M as a part in usertrack in my inp file. I got its spectrum
but I don't know how I can analysis it like SI1MEVNE that it is used in NIEL
and dpa calculation.
I found just this point:
Stochastic failures can occur (SEU) and are mostly due to "high" energy
hadrons ("E>20 MeV").
Please guide me.
