Dear Leena,

1. there are still errors in your geometry. You must remove the B16
cylinder from the first zone of the AR2 region, in order to avoid region
overlap

2. the culprit of the failing USRTRACK scoring seems to be just a "H"
which took the place of a "R". If you ask for PROTON instead of PHOTON,
you will get the spectrum evolution as in attachment.
Note that the integrated fluence takes very low values and its decrease
along the six water target segments is anomalous (one would not expect
such a large reduction in the last half cm). This is due to the fact that
indeed only a tiny fraction of your beam impacts the target, since you
make it travelling a quite long path in air (and so it obviously gets
scattered)
