USRTRACK/output files & Flair comparison

Dear FLUKA experts,

I'm comparing USRTRACK results from both Flair and output files
(usrtrack-sum.lis & usrtrack-tab.lis were the same).
But I found that Flair plot was
different from these output files. Please refer to the attachment.
The output file's results are in part/GeV.cm2.pr. Dose this mean that
Flair USRTRACK
 results are in part/cm2.pr (fluence only and not fluence sepctra)? Would
you please explain it for me.

Also could you please tell what is the fourth column in
usrtrack-25-tab.lis file.
