Distinguish between primary-dose and scatter-dose

Dear FLUKA users,

does anyone know if it is possible to distinguish between primary-dose and
scatter-dose?

My geometry-setup looks simplified as follows:
X-ray source -> phantom (patient) -> detector

I'm especially interested in the primary-dose (for me that is the
deposited energy from a secondary electron originating from a photon which
has its first interaction in the detector) in the detector.

Is there a simple way to realise that?
