Dear Joseph,

I have question ,which is still unresolved,similar to yours.I want to
discard the photoneutrons which enter a defined region.I
quote,"Transport cutoffs, or thresholds, are set with command PART-THRes
for hadrons and muons, with EMFCUT for electrons, positrons and photons,
and with LOW-BIAS for low-energy neutrons".
