Plotting neutron spectra in Flair

Hello,

I am trying to plot neutron energy spectra produced by USRBDX and USRTRACK.
In the low-energy region I usually find that many bins are empty due to
the narrow bin width. Therefore I would like to combine bins to
reduce/eliminate empty bins. Is it possible to combine bins automatically
when plotting in Flair, or do I have to do it manually outside of Flair?
