total deposit energy on sicintillator layer with lattice card

Dear Fluka Expert,
I have written a calorimeter input which is consist of steinless
steel and scintillator layers. I used lattice
card for replication of layers. And I used 2 Eventbin card to obtain
deposit energy on scintillator. First Eventbin card for lattices
which are 19 lattices inside and the second for prototype of
lattice (first 20 layer)
The problem is using Eventbin card with what1=8 (special point)
I assumed the other whats as I1min, I1max are min and
maximum lattice number which has increment step 1<= I2min
and I2 max inside a lattice there is 20 layer and from layer
2 to 20 with step increment 2 (for choose scintillator)
Is that true ?
Second Eventbin card for prototype lattice from reg2 to to reg 20
with step 2 is choose scintillator from there. And I print them same output.
Using a root file I obtained total energy deposit on scintillator
(sum prototype and whole lattice) plot as attached figure.
I expect that a gaussian distribution but it is not like that.
Could you please tell me is my fluka input wrong?
