Dear Xu Lijun,

you have to activate radioactive decay in semi-analogue mode (via
RADDECAY with WHAT(1)=2.0) and include the decay contribution in your
USRBIN scoring (via DCYSCORE with WHAT(1)=-1.0). A BEAM energy different
from zero makes no sense in this case
