peaks in the pulse height spectrum

Dear fluka experts,
    Thanks for the explanations and discussion that why peaks appear. Part of my confusion is clear.
    I really hope that the fluka simulated pulse height spectrum could be close to the experimental spectrum. As long as the peaks
were artefacts, is there a method to spread out these peaks?
