You need to type 'python-imaging python-imaging-tk' not just
'python-imaging-tk'. Read my last message a little closer... :)

I believe that when you want to install the python-imaging library the
command is '(yum -y OR apt-get) install python-imaging python-imaging-tk'.
That should get you where you need to be.
