Dear Vahan,

The reason you did not see any difference between with and without an AUXSCORE card is because in FLUKA, AMB74
conversion coefficients are used to calculate dose eq from fluence.

So,
USRBIN 10.0 DOSE-EQ -50.0 10.0 10.0 10.0DoseEq
USRBIN -10.0 -10.0 -10.0 100.0 100.0 100.0&

and

USRBIN 10.0 DOSE-EQ -50.0 10.0 10.0 10.0DoseEq
USRBIN -10.0 -10.0 -10.0 100.0 100.0 100.0&
AUXSCORE USRBIN DoseEq AMB74

will give you the same answer. If you want to use another set of conversion factors, you use an AUXSCORE card to
override the default AMB74 c.c.. Another reason for using an AUXSCORE card is for calculating dose eq. or dose due to a
particular particle (like neutrons).

Calculating DOSE-EQ (pSv/prim) is the right choice. Others can correct me on this.

cheers,
Mina
