Dear Zafar Yasin,

you received already a suggestion to solve your problem (you have to use the
external user routine source.f), I would like to add just a couple of
indications.
First: you can well describe with FLUKA the two kind of source you need.
In source.f you will sample the energy distributions of the primaries and you
will model the cylindrical source (coordinates of the primaries, direction
cosines). In the chapter 13.2.19 of the manual you find an extensive
description.
In principle I think you can also sample different kind of primaries in the
same run, obviously choosing the proper weight in extracting photons or
neutrons (somebody can correct me if I'm wrong). The more frequent approach
(which in my opinion has many advantages)is to do two different simulations,
one for photons and one for neutrons, then to analyze the two separate
contributions and finally to add the quantities you are interested to.

You will build the FLUKA executable by linking the external source user
routine.
Last: the user-dependent source routine is activated by the card SOURCE in the
input fle. There is also the possibility to pass to the source routine several
user parameters (see the manual for that).
