Re: can I calculate heat load?

Hi,
after a (quick) search on the web, I have seen that there are many
studies about dpa and materials damage. Most of them have been held in
the reactor field and relate dpa to swelling or embrittlement of the
cladding (working temperature also plays a role). I have found a
reference to "recommended maximum DPA values" in a document about
inertial fusion energy, (follow the link, page 32 of the document):

http://www.osti.gov/bridge/purl.cover.jsp?purl=/486566-CiRwFo/webviewable/486566.pdf

I am sure that a deeper search will provide more detailed and
appropriate results.
Cheers,

Lucia
