Dear Leila,

If you are using a region based scoring and lattice, you need to keep in mind that once the tracked particle reaches the boundary of the container region, it is "translated" to the corresponding prototype cell boundary. Thus the contribution of several replicas can potentially be added to the scored quantities in the region of the prototype while if you attempt to score on the container region you will get nothing.

Thus, you need to score in the prototype region and in order to distinguish the contribution of a single replica you need to use the users routine for the scored quantity (fluscw for example) and "reject" all scores which don't belong to the lattice of interest. To do so, you can use the GEON2L(LATTICE, NAME, ERR)Lattice Name to Lattice # routine.

Good luck

Joachim

Subject: Lattice and USRTRACK

I am into apply lattice and obtain data using USRTRACK and USRYIELD scoring in replica (container) region. However, the whole output data set is appeared to be zero.
I would be grateful in case of giving any solution.
The attached file is input file.
