Dear Razvan,

yes, the plugin to visualise data in SimpleGeo (DaVis3D) can merge ASCII fi=
les. If you click on the "post-process" button you can do various post-proc=
essing tasks like averaging + error calculation, summing, difference and ra=
tios of USRBIN detectors.

The plugin can also display binary files if you add the file extension ".bi=
n" or ".binary"
However, this is not an officially supported feature due to inherent proble=
ms related to FORTRAN binary files and possible compatibility issues that h=
ave only been fixed in the FORTRAN 2003 standard.

Finally there is also the possibility to convert a binary USRBIN file to AS=
CII with FLUKA's "usbrea" utility.

Cheers
Chris

Can USRBIN scoring saved as ASCII files be merged?...

I usually save USRBIN estimators in binary files and merge results across m=
ultiple runs with the =93usbsuw=94 utility.
This time I wanted to do the same thing and obtain a merged ASCII file (!),=

my geometry.

Can ASCII files be merged?...
Is there a way to overlay usrbin projections over geometries in SimpleGeo u=

Thanks,
Razvan
