Dear Yanyuanlin,
I have checked your input and I can reproduce your plot. I did a quick
analysis of the results...and I think it is due to the low energy
electrons produced in AIR. As a good exercise, I suggest you to change
from AIR to VACUUM the region around the target and then to plot the dose
distribution again. Then you can redefine AIR again and use the AUXSCORE
card to filter the dose results in order to check the different
components:
