Perfect!
I had the same problem with my CT Dicom files and I confirm you that now I'm able to view the CTs in Flair correctly, using the SVN Flair version.

Hi Francesca,

I found the problem with your dicom files and it is now corrected in the SVN flair version.
Please see the instructions on the download page of flair on how to get the SVN version.
Probably in the next week I will push a new release with several bug corrections.

The problem was that your dicom had the information in uint16 format (unsigned int 16 bit) instead of the int16 (signed int) and the python imaging library was rejecting it as unknown format.

In addition to what I wrote in my previous email, I found the log window in Flair, but it is not really giving me any particular help. This is what it says:
"Warning: Cannot display dicom
Cannot handle the image"
So basically I can open the headers of any dcm file, but cannot really see them.

Dear Fluka Users,

I am trying to use the Flair dicom handler, but after importing the slices (simple dcm files) with no errors, if I go to the dicom viewer and click on any slice I receive the error message "Cannot display dicom, cannot handle the image". Since there is no log window in the new flair (or at least I can't see it) I cannot really understand what the problem related with this error is. Any suggestion or clue about what could be wrong?
