Dear user,

as you can read in the manual you can set via the EMFCUT card two kind of
cutoff for electrons/positrons and photons: the transport cutoff (if
sdum=blank) and the production cutoff (if sdum=PROD-CUT).
You did not send your input file, but it seems that you have set only the
first one: Ecut in the output file is the transport cutoff and gives you
correctly 0.711 MeV. Ae is the electron production cutoff, if you want a
desired value you have to set it in your input file.
