Dear Kyung-Nam,
 just a remark. The fact of using VOXELs is completely uncorrelated by the
quantity you score.
What makes the difference in the type of mesh and type of your scoring
(i.e. a X-Y-Z cartesian USRBIN).

Said this you can forget the fact that you have VOXEL and define the
quantity to be scored.
