Hi Jonathan,

firstly you will never get anything from your input, since you are using the standard defaults with a threshold
higher than your beam energy. But even if you lower the threshold the chance of getting an interaction will
be close to zero.
The best is to write a source routine sampling directly from the neutron spectrum of the reaction,
this was addressed in the past in the list, look the thread

Hello dear FLUKA users,

I am trying to simulate the (alpha,Be) interactions to generate the neutron spectrum of an AmBe Source. The problem is that there is no neutron created and I do not see what is wrong in my input file (attached file). Can you tell me if I have to activate a special card?
