Dear Shakeel,

Here are some papers about reference lab frame and center mass frame:
http://lpc1.clpccd.cc.ca.us/lpc/physics/pdf/ireffrms.pdf
http://phys.spbu.ru/content/File/Library/studentlectures/schlippe/pp05-03.pdf
http://web.mit.edu/8.01t/www/materials/modules/chapter15.pdf

Example of Ion+Ion colliding beams input file:
http://www.fluka.org/web_archive/earchive/new-fluka-discuss/7472.html

And of course Chapter 15
<http://www.fluka.org/fluka.php?id=man_onl&sub=101> of the user manual.

In general you have to define particle A and particle B.
1. Particle A uses BEAM card in case of hadron where you define the
momentum, and BEAM+HI-PROPE card in case of ion beam, where you define
the momentum per nucleon.

2. Particle B uses SPECSOUR with SDUM = PPSOURCE card where you define
the value of each momentum-vector component of particle A and B, and
type of particle B.

3. Card PHYSICS with SDUM = LIMITS you define the maximum momentum of
these two particles.

4. Link with DPMJET.

Best regards.
