Dear Mina,
 I can't visualize from the screen-shot your geometry around your point of
failure.
From the out file you could get the name of the starting region of the
starting point (163) and then you could check also on the geometry the
position of the destination given the steplenght and direction

If you use geometrical directives,* rot-defi* and co. I would suggest to
define them with all the precision you could, eventually passing in "free"
mode (comma separated WHATs)

If this is not enought, one could also (with caution) relax the accuracy in
the boundary identification thought the WHAT(2) of GEOBEGIN.
