I think your problem is related to the LOW-MAT card.

As reported in the FLUKA manual (LOW-MAT card):
     2) Option LOW-MAT should be avoided if it is not really necessary (experience has shown that it is often misinterpreted by beginner users). The option is NOT REQUIRED if the following 3 conditions are all true:

             i) the low-energy neutron material desired is unique or is
                listed before any other material with the same name in
                list (10)
                                      and
            ii) that name is the same as one in the FLUKA list (see (5)) or as
                given by a MATERIAL option
                                      and
           iii) there is only one FLUKA material associated with that
                low-energy neutron material

Disabling the LOW-MAT, RESNUCLE files show activation products.
Furthermore (off the topic), since you are interested in neutron activation, my suggestion is to select another DEFAULT, instead to EM-CASCA+LOW-NEUT, if you didn't select EM-CASCA for a specific reason.

Hi!
I want to simulate neutron activation of a Na-23 block.
I want to study the effect of different intensities of neutron beam/ number of neutrons falling on this block.
I tried using IrrProfile card along with other cards like resnuclei, raddecay, decaytime and decayscore for this.
The details are in the attached input file. The output file does not show any activation product. I am not able to figure out the mistake.
