sorry, I saw your second email (below) a moment after sending my answer to
your first question!
Good that you found the right suggestion in the archive.

Now, for what you call "the backup solution" you have to write a script
where, for each input file corrisponding to a cycle of runs, you do what I
wrote in the previous email and you start the cycle:
- set a seed for the FLUKA random number generator ( what(2) in the
RANDOMIZe card)
- change the input name (for example by attaching a label  _##)
- enter the fluka run command  for the cycle 
That's all.

I cannot help you with the error you get during the Geoviewer installation.
A suggestion: did you check all the dependencies? You can see the list in
the same README file that you followed for the Installation.

Hope it helps, at least for a part of the problem
