Dear Mosoomeh Yarmohammadi,

to make efficient use of the CPU that are available on the server, the only
way is to run several fluka jobs at the same time. The system will
automatically assign different jobs to different cores.
Be aware that to each cycle of runs:
  - a different initial random number must be assigned (via the RANDOMIZE
card);
  - the use of different names for the input is recommended.
You can address by yourself these two points, or you can start multiple runs
within Flair.
