Dear 张永康,
the second field of the BEAM card allows you to input a distribution
(rectangular or Gaussian) instead of a single energy value. Note that in
general it's taken as a distribution of momentum and not kinetic energy,
but in your case (photon) the two are the same.
Otherwise, if this does not suit you, you have the less elementary option
of coding the source.f user routine.
