          input:
            MREG   : current region number
            REGNAM : current region name
            MMAT   : current master material number
            MMANAM : current master material name
            SFRHIO : input dE/dx density scaling factor
            SFRHOT : input other processes density scaling factor
          output:
            SFRHIO : new dE/dx density scaling factor
            SFRHOT : new other processes density scaling factor

 Subroutine USRHSC allows to modify run-time the scaling factors defined
 in input, and or in the Voxel phantom file .
