SPOTTIME

 The SPOTTIME card is used in conjunction with SPOTBEAM, SPOTDIR, SPOTPOS,
 and SPOTTRAN to define the time interval/offset of multiple beam spots.

 Warning : These five cards are activated only by indicating 
SDUM
 = BEAMSPOT
 in the SPECSOUR card. Barring this, the spot cards will be discarded.
