Venue

The venue is the lecture hall of Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI) at Anushaktinagar, the residential complex of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE). Accommodation will be arranged for all the participants in the guest house of the DAE-BARC which is situated adjacent to HBNI. Anushaktinagar, situated near Trombay on the Sion-trombay road (Bombay Pune high way) is a high security zone that has residential buildings and few offices of the Department of Atomic Energy. All participants are encouraged to stay at the guest house where accommodation will be arranged for all. Entry to Anushaktinagar is restricted. However the organizer will care take of these aspects.

Accomodation

Accommodation will be air-conditioned rooms single rooms with cable television. Transport from airport to guest house accommodation and back can be arranged by the organizers. This is the recommended way to reach the guest house. On prior intimation, the organizers will arrange someone to receive the participant at the airport. Please contact the local organizers for the arrangement. Pre paid taxis are also available at the airport. Look for the pre paid taxi booth after customs clearance but before exiting the airport.
