Default settings

I want to simulate an electromagnetic cascade including photonuclear interactions. Unfortunately, the program crashes. What could be wrong?

When invoking photonuclear reaction (Card PHOTONUC) the DEFAULTS must not be set to EM-CASCA. Otherwise, the code will crash.
