Dear friends

as promised almost two months ago, I put the (overdue) minor release with
just a few bug fixes on the fluka web page. There is not yet a SUN
version.

Let me know every problem (I hope none, nothing should be changed but for
some fixes)

I append below the release notes:

- Release notes for Fluka99-7.1 -

This release is identical to the previous one with only a few fixes for
known problems (a few of them spotted out with the help of Stefan
Roesler and Ian Dawson).

The neutron cross section file contains fixed sets for Copper both infinite
dilution and self-shielded cross sections (the self-shielded ones at 293 K
appeared to be faulty, thanks to Ian Dawson and Graham Stevenson for pointing
it to me). All copper cross sections data sets have been consistently
regenerated from scratch using the latest ENFDB-VI compilations.

                     !!!! IMPORTANT WARNING !!!!

The format of the neutron cross section files changed a bit. Don't try
to use the present file with a previous Fluka version, you could run
into unpredictable problems.

This is just a bug fix release. The next release will contain significant
physics improvements (Kaons at low energies, the (hopefully!) final version
of the new evaporation as default etc.), including all those shown at the
MC2000 Conference last october.
