Wrong. The energy of the particle which is passed to MGDRAW is the energy
at the end of the step. For stopping protons, the kinetic energy is zero.
So, actually it is even simpler: no need to look at DTRACK, just check
that the kinetic energy is .LE. ANGLGB, i.e. FLUKA's "negligible amount",
= 5.0D-16 (of course exact comparison with zero cannot be done with
a floating point number)
