It is not clear what you mean by "activate", and by "gamma results".
The FLUKA neutron library contains neutron-to-gamma transfer probabilities,
and they do not need to be "activated". The LOW-NEUT command allows you
to request low-energy neutron transport (if not already requested implicitly
by one of the DEFAULTS). One of the parameters of that command is the number
of gamma groups, but at the moment you have no choice: it is 22 and you cannot
change it. You can, however, decide NOT TO FOLLOW those gammas (using
option DISCARD, or setting a very high gamma cut-off with EMFCUT).
Unless you do that, the gammas are activated and transported.

If by "results" you mean some gamma scoring, you can get that by any of usual
scoring option USRTRACK, USRBIN, USRBDX etc., as for any other particle.

About "having this data set in your output file", what you can print are
the neutron-to-gamma transfer probabilities: set WHAT(4) equal to 2.0
    in option LOW-NEUT.
But I have the impression that you are looking for something else: in that
case please ask again your question in a more precise way.
