Hello Christian,
There is a part of the fluka manual which deals with error messages and
yours are related.
The first message is a problem of conservation failure : PLA is the code
for the particule momentum if > 0 or kinetic energy if < 0, ij is the
particle code.
The other message with the "causing trouble particle" : it is
recommended to center the DEBUGGER around the position of the problem
(maybe you did that).
I'm not really sure about that but I remember having such error messages
when my regions did not have a proper material assignment. You could
check this too.
