pawlev.kumac not found in flutil directory

Dear All,
I am in the need to use the pawlev.kumac to plot some usrbin outputs...
Looking to my flutil directory i didn't found the "pawlev.kumac" file.
If anyone has such a file I wonder if it could possibly be forwarded to me.
