Those "exists and is not a link" messages are absolutely harmless in my
opinion,
I become them as well when I'm running fluka in the same directory
in which those files (sigmapi, nuclear, etc.) are also too, obviously
the location of $FLUPRO.
About the results of the run, I did myself a simulation of one cycle
with exfixed.inp,
and I got apparently the expected results for the usrbdx and the two
usrtrack estimators.
Did you use the proper programs to obtain the data, i.e. ustsuw for
usrtrack estimator (fort.48 and fort.49 files)
and usxsuw for usrbdx estimator (fort.47 file) and usbsuw for usrbin
estimator (fort.50 and fort.51 files) ?
Since usrbin treatment is not producing any *_sum.lis file, I assume
that your question was on one of the usrtrack / usrbdx estimator.
